Major Milestone for Martyrs Fund Beneficiaries:
On Thursday, September 18, 2025, the Martyrs, Wounded, Prisoners, and Missing Persons Fund signed a cooperation agreement with King Abdulaziz University to strengthen social responsibility partnerships and provide beneficiaries with high-quality educational and training opportunities.
The agreement was signed by the Fund’s Secretary-General, Mr. Talal bin Othman Al-Muammar, and the University President, Dr. Tareef Al-Aama, in the presence of several vice presidents, deans, and officials.
The agreement grants beneficiaries exclusive opportunities, including free seats in diploma and academic master’s programs, as well as special discounts on distance learning and evening diploma programs. Beneficiaries will also receive priority enrollment in summer and cooperative training programs at the university, enhancing their capabilities and developing their skills.
It also allows the university’s facilities and resources to be used for joint programs and events, strengthening the university’s community role and enabling the Fund to deepen engagement with its beneficiaries in the region.
On this occasion, the Fund’s Secretary-General expressed his gratitude to King Abdulaziz University, noting his hope that the agreement will serve as an important contribution to the Fund’s ambitious plan to support beneficiaries, empower them to live with dignity, and fulfill the wise leadership’s vision of prioritizing this cherished group.
For his part, the University President expressed his pride in signing the agreement with the Fund, affirming that the university is honored to serve this distinguished group and to host the Fund’s events and activities.
This agreement marks an important milestone in the Fund’s strategic partnerships with academic institutions. It is expected to positively impact the families of martyrs, the wounded, prisoners, and the missing, while supporting their educational and professional development in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
